Andi seems to have forgotten the fact that BILL was the one who first called Tom, first claimed to be Bill's brother and walked into his life.
Sigh, these boys will never learn. It seems we're beginning to delve into twincestiness, though there was nothing in the pairings or genres so it was either a surprise thing or nothing is as it seems. That could be interesting :P

I've just started getting into this story, and I know you said not to kill you, but I really didn't like this chapter. Bill's outburst at Tom was just frustrating for me.
“No, Tom. YOU listen. Do you know how many hours I spent thinking of you, wondering what you were doing or if you even knew I existed? Do you know how many times in the past few days that your name has been uttered from my lips? Do you know that I think of you constantly when I’m awake and when I’m asleep I dream of the day we meet?”
Bill knew about Tom for what? Three days? Tom knew about Bill for three years and had obviously spent a lot longer looking for Bill and went through a lot more heartache by not finding him. Tom's refusal was justifiable, Bill's wasn't. Tom hung up on Bill ONCE, and it was the first time they had spoken so it was entirely reasonable to be in doubt, and suddenly Bill decides he doesn't want a brother? It's a bit ridiculous.
I'm not saying your writing is ridiculous, I'm really enjoying the story especially Andreas, just Bill's personality.
Here's hoping everything's resolved next chapter in some form or another :P I'm sorry for my rant! Just needed to get it out of my system.

Actually my friend has Leukemia right now. And she's currently in at the hospital. The Cancer isn't contagious, but if she were to get pregnant there's a likely chance that the baby can have the gene or be a carrier of the cancer... all depends really.
Love this first chapter, moving on to the next :)
