No not too fast. A good story needs a build up and they don't need to rush into their relationship. I like the pace. I am however anxious to find out what's wrong with Bill. It made me nervous when Tom could smell disease. I know Bill will be okay though, you're not a cruel person.

Great story! It seems wonderful so far! I don't think it's moving too fast, although I don't know what your train of thought is for this story. ...Maybe it would help to slow it down a bit? Well, either way, it's wonderful, and I look forward to reading more! :)

Uh oh what's up with that? This guy that Bill is seeing... he has something yes and giving it to Bill or is Bill sick and doesn't know its that serious? I do really like this and I hope you do continue I want to learn more about their story and you make it so clear.
The magic I was talking about... It is what happens when you find the one I guess. There is an extra sparkle or magic when you look at them mainly it resides in the eyes. You can see into their soul but I think Tom will see it later. He's still focused on the obvious at the moment. Bill's smell his looks and so on. I think you are on the right track so keep it up.
