omfg O_O noooo!!! *flails* this is not gd O_O i really hope that tom thinks of the fact that maybe he can use melanie... tell his dad he made a friend at school who he's been with or smg... *prays for tom's inteligence*
and so far, i like melanie ^^ she reminds me a little of me, with straight, waist-length, brown hair and a kinda dull sense of fashion.. just t shirts and jeans =P haha xD
can't wait to read more!! need to know how this convo is gonna evolve =0 either tom's gonna lie or tell the truth.. if he tells the truth, there's really only 2 options for him.. become a prisoner in his own home, or run away from home all together..

I'm hoping that Melanie will be Tom's "pretend" girlfriend. That Tom will be able to say he was with her so he can see Bill and she will back him up. I'm just really scared that something is going to happen with Melanie to hurt Bill. Gah I'm so scared. I can't read this story anymore....okay that's a lie it will kill me not to read it and find out what's going to happen next. lol. I'll keep reading. Can you just change the story and have them run away together in the next chapter and live happily ever after? That'd be a great ending. haha.

I know a similar annoyingly hypocritical family that only does what "the bible says" when it matches their own intolerance. I loved Bill's strong and polite personality. This is overall a very charming story!
