Aww Andreas! Love Andi, he's one of my favorite TH people. He's so pretty. XD Even though i don't know too much about him. To be a childhood friend of the twins is good enough. :P
Anyways, loved the chapter!
So apparently Bill lost his eyesight, not born with it. Okay, I thought he was born... Poor Bill, anyone who once could see and now I cannot.. I want to hug them. I'd kill myslef instantly if that happened to me. I just wouldn't be able to take it. But Bill in your fic has so much sunlight and everything to him.. beautiful!
I like Andreas' character in this fic, he seems very supportive and lovely friend.
I was like o_O when Andreas was thinking about some thug with Bill I wasl ike... "violence about to come along.. umm.. yay?" [ich liebe violence XD] but then it was like, "Oh Tom hurt him, whyz?" XD

But i definitely was glad, as a reader, to get a bit of insight on Andi. I mean he is the one who is helping Bill throughout the day & such. Plus, i have a feeling his devotion for Bill [which was made evident in this chapter] will come back again in a different situation, in the future.

I'm very happy that you liked this chapter with more Andi than Tom and Bill, I was worried about giving Andi all that exposure, haha. But then again, I wanted to show where Andi is coming from :D I love how put it "devotion", it stirs something in me :D
About the puns, I'm getting more confident with them but still worried about falling flat haha. There'd be more of those in the next chapters.
I was trying to build Andi up into the "prince type", like how Bill imagined him to be, but of course, with enough provocation he may just do the unthinkable!
