I love this story! =) It's sooo realistic and exciting! The set up is amazing. Though, I don't like the song "der mond is aufgegangen". I had to sing it in music class, in front of everyone. I can't sing and I'm too shy. But that's how you get grades in music class. (I live in germany, random fact.) And... I don't know why I told you about this. xD Hahaa. Anyway. Author's Response: Pretty much all of the characters in my stories are based in fact on someone I know or have known in my life. I have met a mother like her before. She was the mother of a friend of a friend. She tried to hang with us at the mall. She tried to go with us to amusement parks. She tried to ground him when he didn't let her participate in stuff with his friends. He had grown up, gotten married, and even moved away...and she still tried to control his life. I think it was because her husband died early in the marriage and she was one of those women where the man did and controlled everything. I think she tried to use her son as a replacement for her husband. She was a very weird woman, but her son was her single focus. When he started dating one girl and married her, she nearly went off the deep end! David was hers, and she didn't want to share him. The guy had to leave home and move far away to have a life! So yeah...mothers like her and Cherie do exist.

Author's Response: Yes she shouldn't have kept it from him, but I can see her point about protecting her son and wanting him to have as normal a childood as possible. But when he was old enough to understand, she should have told him...
