I woulodn't normally read Natalie/Bill but this was really good! You create such vivid imagery, which only makes it hotter. You have to wonder how many people who work with Bill want him terribly; I can't imagine NOT wanting him haha.

It was very well written but I've been in this fandom too long because I have to grit my teeth through het. There is so much bad, awful, horrible 14 year old het out there that I forget that het is a good thing. I'm freaking straight for god's sake and yet I cringe. I think we need to stake a het protest and have all the strong/popular authors write some decent het!
Author's Response: I think many of them have, actually, though usually they do gender swap. You're right, though; it would be great to see more of the strong/popular authors, as you say, write some het with genuine women characters. You are one of the very few writers here who could write het and I'll read it, hesitating, but reading. It was interesting to read about Nathalie since she is not very popular on fics even if her situation, her role in Bill's life is so unique. I didn't freak out even if I DO NOT read het, so yay for that! :D
All together, I think this was interesting and I believe many of the readers can relate or more like imagine this, it can really happen. It's conflicted, bittersweet situation and I think you managed to touch a topic which I haven't read about before.

I don't like writing (or reading) the same pairing, the same situation all the time. So I like to push myself and challenge myself to do something that I haven't seen. I think what I liked most about this was that she's not two dimensional. You haven't used a lot of words here - especially with the sex scene focus in most of it - but you explored just enough for someone to really feel for the character you were creating and why she'd look elsewhere when there's a husband and kid. Hee, and yes, one hell of a fantasy; but I'm not the only one imagining the twins are up to naughty twin things, right?
