i actually have my frenulum pierced, you know the web part under your tongue? yeah, i did it myself cuz my mother would freak if she knew xD, and i didn't feel a thing when i pierced it... like it didn't even hurt because i didn't pierce it through any veins :D. i suppose an actual tongue piercing would hurt though.... i would SO get one if my mother wasn't so strict :/
