Interesting chapter, didn't ever expect this story to end up going very sweet.. Loved it highly though. :)
Tom is a sweetheart, so cute. :3 I like men like Dean, they seem so fatherly. Enjoyed his character, especially how he spoke. (: Bill is so very adorable, wonder what'll happen when he remeets Tom.

This story is absolutely precious. ♥ I just want to cuddle each other the boys, who are so odd and sweet. I love that Tom falls in love with a boy through his window, and that Bill talks to his plants. Your writing is humorous and quirky, and the POV adds an extra layer of interest, especially when told from Bill's eyes since he doesn't know Tom yet.
I haven't enjoyed a story this much in quite awhile, so thank you! =D I hope you update soon. ^-^

This story is adorably cute!!
It gets me into such a light headed,
bright mood which leaves a small smile on
my face.
Love how every character has it's little
habits and secrets. Tom rans the lift faster
than he should, cause well, it's fun. And
Bill wouldn't tell his mother he'd slept
15h cause she'd worry about him.
It's so random you know maybe it's what
makes this story so real. Kinda feels as if
I'd watch my neighbours live, just a little
deeper and definitely more cute.
Billy's brilliant btw.
