So, I warn you now, I'm probably gonna turn out to be one of those reviewers who is just like "BLAH I LOVES YOU BLAHBLAHBLAH" to every story...BUT I DO LOVE YOUR WRITING!! I don't know exactly what it is, but just the style of your writing fits perfectly with what I'm looking for in a story. The fantasy/mythical/scifi genres are also making my brain happy! Great fic! Loved the nature filled descrption in the beggining; and it was very sweet, though I still get the feeling that in most of this fics all the creature wants is sex- only and it leaves me sad somehow :(

The remix of this story made me want to re-read the original, so I did. I love this! It's such a well-crafted story, with Tom enjoying the nature and being amused by mating season at first, thinking about the legends he doesn't believe in and fishing so patiently, ready to give others a part of his share in case he's lucky enough to catch more than he needs. And then he meets Bill. ♥
I love the mischievous way Bill says to Tom that the song is called Tom, too! I love how they connect and talk, and of course how they're so eager and hungry to touch. I love that Tom doesn't just let Bill go even when Bill attempts to leave, um, prematurely. *g* I'm intrigued by their similarities! It would be wonderful to get to know what happens after this, what they find out and how Tom reacts to it... and what they do then. At least I can always daydream about it!
I can't stop marvelling at how vividly you write, for example when the boys ask him about what happened, and Andreas exclaims and catches his arm. I can see them, their fear and excitement.
I love how telling the truth serves Tom well, especially as the idea is repeated at the end, with Tom thinking that he wants to keep Bill all to himself!

btw, the warnings say incest, and i was wondering, did bill just take on the shape of tom? because people are naturally attracted to things similar to themselves? if that is true, then what is bill normally? or did his mom or dad have a run in with a nix/nixie some time in the past? and is his name even bill...haha. oh, and since mating season's purpose is procreation, and he 'got what he needed' does that mean there will be some sort of offspring from this? would there be few or many?? so many questions xD
