I have been a loyal reader of this story for over a year, but this last chapter has just 'jumped the shark'. it seems very out of character with the rest of your story, and rather than a 'DUN DUN DUN" aha moment, it's like a completely different story all together. If you are struggling to continue the story, then just be honest with us, your readers.

I am sorry you feel that way about this chapter but I can assure you that I'm not struggling to continue the story at all and in fact, planned this major event to happen from the very beginning. I know the chapter was quite focused on Koji so perhaps that's why it feels like a different story to you but the next update will focus on the twins once more. Again, I'm sorry you don't think this chapter fits with the rest of the story but I hope you continue to read until the very end to find out what happens. Thank you for reading and reviewing :)

Are you kidding?!?!?! I love the love/hate or shall I say lust/hate relationship between Tom and koji (or is it kei I just don't know any more!!!!!) It's so fascinating and adds an enjoyable amount of drama to the story. I love the fact that no matter how much Tom hates kei he's still attracted to him, he can't help wanting to fuck him and that sexual lost of control, seduction, and giving into your deepest desires is more of what I want to see. I would love to see something happen between Tom and kei. I find that relationship alot more interesting than the cutesy,innocent, and infatuated relationship that bill has with koji.

Unlike all the other comments I made, this one will be short and quite impersonal because I hate spoilers and it's impossible to comment this chapter properly without saying too much. Just know that I can't find a proper word to describe what I've just read (fabulous is not enough) and that I ended up shedding tears for Koji, although I'm not over-emotional by nature. Congratulations :)

I hope I can put clearly into words the emotions this chapter gave me.
Koji's sweetness and consideration moved me to the core and so did his being so harsh on himself thereafter.
I think that detaching so much from reality is a mistake that he possibly regret for life because he proves to be a human being, and not a self-controlled robot who exists only through other people's lives.
His mission is re-creating something he treasures a lot (and misses too) but only to watch it happen, not to be alive again and then he messes up. In the previous chapter, he made Bill a promise he couldn't keep; then he meets his request for memories to treasure only to withdraw in the end, as if he's scared of his own feelings. I understand why he is so mean to Bill; it's all out of fear.
How can he possibly know what's good to Bill and what Bill really wants? According to what he's witnessed so far, there's only a teenager who wants to experience something that fits himself more than his public role and not a boy falling in love with his twin. Yet, Koji's sticks to an abstract idea and self-imposed rules that make him stay in a painful memory of what is lost forever and prevents him from moving on. In this constant struggle with himself, he realized his plan has backfired on him but he's willing to carry on the “life” he chose (he already thinks about a next time).
He can't possibly share his life with one of his captives, especially when said captive is a public figure, but it seems this is not the reason why he escapes from his feelings.
He doesn't even take time to understand himself and it's so sad reading about him realizing that that would be the last video he makes of the twins. I feel pain in his decision :(
It's good to let Bill hate him? I don't think so. All I see is Koji hurting himself as if he thinks he deserves it but why? Atonement? Self loathing? The importance of an idea over his own life?
What I appreciate the most is how you, Rina, had Koji acting extremely differently with one twin and the other without one single word or action that puts him out of character :)

Author's Response: Oh, you explained yourself very well, my dear! I love hearing how each chapter made you feel, and how each character's actions/words came across to you. Koji is definitely confused and suffering more than he lets on. His harsh words hide a deeper pain and you're right, he is not only hurting Bill but himself too by not giving them what they both want. He is missing out on so much in life and yes, it's sad. He treats Tom differently because Tom has shown no signs of falling in love with him. Koji actually wants Tom to like him but also thinks it will never happen. He's kind of accepted that Tom hates him. He's more affected by Bill's feelings because Bill is so honest and vulnerable. Everybody is in some kind of emotional turmoil here and it will eventually come to a dramatic climax which I hope you will enjoy! Thanks as always for sharing your thoughts with me :)

Again, all the psychological implications here have me thrilled. The twins had complied for long with the behavior matching their public image (Saint Bill and Womanizer Tom) but I think such behavior doesn't suit them, hence the desire to experience something new (imo it's not curiosity; it's freeing themselves from a role imposed by others) and, at the beginning, they handle the situation in a clumsy, confused way. Now their intentions are more and more clear; Tom is freeing himself (although still a bit reluctantly) and, as a human being, Bill can't stand anymore the very idea of being alone and a virgin forever. It's like, once away from the spotlights, they can think about themselves, their true feelings and what they truly are.
I can now understand the real reason behind Tom's refusal to get more intimate to his twin - he's afraid to hurt him - and I'd call it true love, especially when he chooses to let him go to Koji.
As for Koji's attraction to Tom, I still can't see it as a real attraction; it's more a psychological challenge, something like a battle of willpower and, honestly, I can't tell whether, on the contrary, he's truly attracted to Bill (in a romantic way too) or not. Surely he seems not scared anymore to taint him ;)
I'm dying to know what will happen next!
Sorry, I think all I wrote is garbled :/ but I'm not at my best now....
P.S. “First Koji, now you,” the older teen complains in disgust. “I feel like you guys are just getting me drunk and using me for my body!” Hahahaha, this is priceless, poor victim!

I know you've got a lot going on in your life right now so I am thankful and humbled that you took time out to tell me what you think about this little story of mine. I like how you see Bill & Tom's true selves as portrayed here, juxtaposed with their public personas. It's interesting how you say these personas were given to them by other people (and they've just gone along with it) rather than having created them themselves. I think you are right; I believe Bill is far more sexual than Tom (he's just not allowed to show it) and Tom is much more sensitive and vulnerable than he usually appears but has to put on this macho front because it's what's expected of him. I know you're a bit confused as to Koji's true feelings but you will find out very soon what's going on in that mysterious mind of his. Thanks so much for flying the "Team Koji" flag; I do believe you're his biggest fan ;)

Nooooo. Tom, you're an idiot. Would you really rather your little brother got fucked by your kidnapper than by you? That's not what you really want, is it? I think both twins will so regret it if Koji takes Bill's virginity. Tom's stubborness and his inability to put his feelings on the line even for his twin (or especially where Bill is concerned) are going to cause the both of them a world of pain. As much as I'd love a Bill/Koji moment and a twins/Koji threesome, I really, really, really want Bill's first time to be with Tom. Thank you for updating this even though you're so busy with your little girl (and damn, where the hell did the last 10 months go; it seems like only yesterday you'd just given birth).
