That was really good. There is definitely some room for improvement, but for the most part, for a first story, you did an outstanding job.I don't read general much, but that one I really got into. Some constructive criticism would be to try and expand your plot line a bit. Maybe kinda mention why Bill was sent to kill him. Also, you're dialogue and description were a little sketchy. I'd expand on that a little.
I'm going to keep an eye on your writing though, because you have a lot of natural talent, it just needs some fine tuning. (:

Like I said, I LOVED it, but there is always room for improvement.
