I feel pretty bad for Bill. The poor kid seems like he's got a lot of shit on his plate and he doesn't have any say in anything. It really sucks :/ Well, hopefully he and Tom can be happy together soon :)

Thinking/reading about Bill in this situation makes me want to cry!
However the situations that Tom keeps finding himself in, really help to make this slightly laughable too.
