The end was funny.
I think the rest was a bit exaggerated, but I guess that's how it felt to Bill.
Also, I'm not sure if doctors would normally allow someone's brother to hold their ass cheeks apart.. seems a bit inappropriate? And Gustav is a bit young to be a doctor.
I understand that it might all be in good fun, but I don't think I understood it.
It's funny, but it almost seems like a horror movie.

I can say there were a lot of funny moments, but I guess I just didn't connect with the rest.
