Author's Response: I normally wait to respond to reviews until I put up the new chapter, but I wanted to answer the lipstick question. The answer is, "YES!" a big, fat, yes. I work in a beauty supply, and they are like that with everything. EVERYTHING. From lipstick, to eyeliner, to haircolor, to hair extensions, nail polish, even down to hairspray, and shampoo. Automatically, as the clerk, or manager, it is YOUR FAULT. Everyday, I face that realization. And yet, I still try to smile. And to make it worse, I work in a not-so-nice part of town, and I face racial issues, as well. Even though I am a licensed cosmetologist, if I do not have the same color of skin as them, I automatically, do NOT know what I am talking about. Now, I do NOT put up with BS, and I do have seniority, and I am well-known by customers...I change stores alot, and I have some that will track me down, relentlessly, just for advice, and my awesome customer service. So...all in all...retail can be a downer, but only if you let it. :) <3, TSOA
