And no, I don't think it was rushed but just in tune with the way this story is written. It seems like every chapter they progress a little more which is great. Because the sexual tension between the two is high I am always reading and wondering 'is this the chapter where they screw each other senseless.'

Not too soon at all. This is electric, dynamic, instinctual. Plus Bill waits all week. I believe a few weeks are the span of this story. The anticipation just grows and in the environment of the club, most inhibitions are left outside.
