actual fact though: if you start learning a language before the age of 12 and are surrounded by it frequently (for example if you move to a country in which the language is spoken), you can learn to speak it so fluently, that not even native speakers can hear that it's not your mother tongue. just thought you should know..(and yes, i've tested that theory and have proven it right. i was 11 when my family up and moved to norway, i don't have an accent, but my sister who was 13 at the time has a horrible one..)

Yes, you're very right. You'll see in later chapters, though, that Tomás is a bit of an exception to the rule for several reasons. ;) But I can't say it without giving anything away. That's such an amazing thing, though, to learn another language. Congratulatiosn on that, I think that that's awesome. =D

& Before I actually Talk about this chapter, I love the author's end note where you clarified that yes, indeed, the outfit Bill was wearing was the OMG DOES HE HAVE A NIPPLE RING?! Outfit.

In the beginning of this chapter, I wanted to go searching around under the couch cushions and anywhere else I could find to see if I could gather the money for Bill to go to Kinetic XD

This chapter definitely gave a different perspective to the story & bill and tom's relationship. With Kaul taken out of his element, he actually had to do a bit of talking. Rather than letting the speakers and music do the talking to Bill for him.
{in some parts, it really hinted that he was somewhat shy, definitely not in his comfort zone, and that was cute}
& I have to address this:
TOM HAS A SPANISH ACCENT? :O

I don't know if I missed any clues in the previous chapters, but the fact that his accent was spanish took me by suprise a bit. Definitely good though. I mean I can seriously only imagine how

his spanish "hasta luego" would have sounded. *sigh* XD
I know I use this word with every review I've left you, but I can't say how AMAZING I think this fic is.

Ohh so awkward! I love it. Tom was so suave in the club and now he's out in the light and has to talk and be himself, he's not quite so self-assured. Bill seems the same to me, really. Still very nervous, though in the club, he'd go dance. Without that, he doesn't have anything to fall back on. Them getting to know each other is going to be interesting. :D

Tomas is definitely shy outside of the club, and Bill is as jittery as a grasshopper. Albeit, he's a bit quicker to adjust and become comfortable.

first of all, cute toes=lol
this chapter was well worth the wait. from the awkwardness we've all encountered on a first date, to the cute little kiss on the cheek and the "see ya later." it was perfect. it's an interesting dynamic, how easy it is to be flirty and sexy in a nightclub, helped along by a little liquid courage, and then seeing each other in the light of day is just completely different. its like "wow! this person is real and i have no idea what to say to him right now!" oh, and i love shy tomas!
