Part of me wants Tom to read the journal. He needs to be clued in first of all. But it's gonna hurt their relationship, like in obvious ways (no more bumping uglies) but Tom will be hurt that Bill kept something as important as that away from him.
This story fits the angst and drama genres so well, great job!

Aw, Bill! It feels like that's all I have to say to you as I read this, omg!
I don't know. I don't even know anymore, but I just hope that once the days are done, you truly haven't lost something vital in your connection with Tom.
Not that it was all sex and without it you can't function, but the intimacy just grew out of your connection and it could only keep you as connected.
Sex aside, keeping your brother in the dark is never a good idea and I can't believe you haven't at LEAST said something that doesn't sound weak to Tom's ears.
I know that you feel it's not right or normal, but maybe you should sit down with Tom and just tell him how you feel and if a break needs to happen, then at least it would be mutual rather than you taking the decision for the both of you.
We shall see! I wish you lots of luck though, cause I think from this point on, you're going to need it.

Awww, I love that Tom's almost casual attitude this day has finally made Bill see that. I can sympathize with his motives for wanting to put a stop to this, but I don't think he took a lot of things into account. Things that are just now coming to his attention, like him actually missing kissing Tom. ;)
