Lovely ending. I adore that Bill got back home and that he found in himself the will to sing again. It doesn't really matter that there was no resolution, they're together and they'll remain like that, that much is obvious. Really, really loved this story!

So raw, so... real. So confused, yet happy. You really managed to write kind of complicated situations and emotions. It would have been easy to write them "happily ever after", but you choose not to and I thank you for that. This is way better... Little fragile, little hopeful and so full of promises, but nothing certain.
I hate to see this coming to an end, but as you promised us the happy end, I'm glad to see that happening. This has been also a painful journey and I hate to see them so separated and torn into pieces. The separation is always hard for me to deal with.
Tom's enthusiastic expectation to maybe finally leave everything behind with Bill and start all over again, just them, is disarming and adorable. I hope for the heartclenching last chapter :)

Sometimes I worry about that, so it's good to know that it's comring across just the way I want it to. And I did promise a happy ending, and hopefully it's just what people are looking for, while doing justice for the story, and for the boys. They're right where they needed to be and I can't believe they've been so apart from this moment before. There was just no other way for it to go without breaking them both.

Yay! They managed to find their way back home! And you even made me like Derek a little more by what he did. I love that everything clicked for him during their dinner. :D And of course, I love that Tom is so into this, it'd go a long way in reassuring Bill this is what he truly wants and that he's not just doing this to keep Bill by his side, but because he really loves him like this. Thanks for making my weekend better with this update, I needed something like this.

Awww, I hope it's not too late for them. *sniffs* This fic just hurts so good. It keeps tugging at my heartstrings and I feel so bad for Tom, he seemed so lost there at the end. I'll be looking forward to more.
