This is one of the most unique stories I've ever read :) The language, the descriptiveness, & the just plain craziness is fantastic! I actually woke my husband up (twice) when I yelled OMG HE'S PREGNANT! and when I cracked up imagining Bill singing He's Having My Baby
Author's Response: I'm really happy that it is! When Kish said to write mpreg, I started out with your standard non-AU idea, it was just going to be slightly long drabble-ish not much of anything. Then the idea of Bill as the Hatter hit me because we were going to see Alice the next day. Everything just...fell into place from there! I'm really glad it made you laugh and thank you so much for the rec. ♥

Author's Response: ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ That makes me incredibly happy, thank you so much.

IT was EPICly awesome! I'm in love I want through the looking glass too! *is greedy*
Author's Response: Excellent, thank you! I think we all want a looking glass if Bill is the sexy hatter. ;)

You did go there ! I must say I probably wouldn't have read a Tom!preg if it wasn't writing by a really good author... but since it's from you and I like everything you write, I did read it and didn't regret it at all! It was fantastic, weird and so, so good !
Author's Response: I did, I went there! I'm not normally one for the mpreg myself, but this one totally beat me over the head. I'm really happy you enjoyed this and had no regrets! Definitely going for fantastic but weird, thank you. :)

Wow Such great imagry this was a great little story. it makes me want to know about the wedding. >.<
Author's Response: Thank you very much! I'm pleased the imagery came through for you. Aww, I'd like to write a mad hatter wedding but I don't know if I dare write more than this one shot!

this is such a cool story. Alice is one of my all time favorite stories. i can't even tell you how many different versions i have read and watched, and by far this is one of my favorites. And certainly Bill is the most beautiful hatter of them all. A favorite, for sure. I'd love to see the prequal to this.
Author's Response: Awesome, thank you so much! :D That's really an incredible honor, to be your favorite among so many versions. I have to agree that Bill is the most beautiful hatter! I don't know if I'm up for a prequel, but I most certainly appreciate the thought. ;)

I read this last night while on the phone with my best friend, read it to her since she didn't have any internet and she loves Alice themed stories, and we bothed died from laughing, cooed over Bill's love for Tom, and wanted to smack Tom upside his head for being so slow. xD
I'm not so sure about her, because it's probably different hearing about it rather than reading it, but for me, the imagery was absolutely lovely. I only recently saw the movie that came out, so THAT'S what popped into my head, only more vivid, because of the way you described things so completely.
And Bill was....amazing dude. absolutely AMAZING. xD You captured the Mad Hatter's way of speaking so perfectly, and yet it still felt like Bill, and lord, Tom getting pregnant was amazing. I fell over laughing a few times and Vicky had to demand that I stop laughing and keep reading. Was totally mint.
Anyways, I'm done babbling, I just wanted to review and say how good this was and how much I enjoyed it.
Author's Response: Tom is definitely the slow one, here! I'm so happy that the imagery seems to have come across so vividly for everyone. I could definitely picture things clearly in my own head.
Bill was completely the inspiration for this story. Once I pictured him as the Hatter, everything else fell into place. Tom very much had to take his turn in bed. ;D I'm so pleased you and your friend enjoyed it, and thanks for reviewing!

Gosh, I loved this. Simply adorable. Mad Hatter Bill is all kinds of wonderful :)
Author's Response: Thank you so much! Mad Hatter Bill was totally the inspiration for this whole thing. ♥ Glad you enjoyed it!

I love this story.
This -> "You've taken everything from me! My firsts, my innocence...my baby!" Tom bit his lip and glared at the hatter through furiously welling tears. "You took my heart and now look what you've done with it." is pure awesomness.
I really wanted to hit Bill when he gave the baby away. Hard.
Author's Response: Yay, thank you! ...Tom really did fall hard. ;) And yes, Bill should have perhaps done something else...but every time he tried to talk to Tom about what had to happen after the baby came, Tom shut him down! It all turned out right in the end. ♥

I love this! Just unbelievably charming. I might even love it more than the new Alice, which I liked, but which didn't fill me with as much glee as I was expecting. This, on the other hand, was completely gleeful.
Author's Response: Oh, thank you! I have to say, the movie Alice was a bit of a disappointment and I couldn't help but imagine this sort of caper taking place instead. ;) Although I am determined not to write a prequel or sequel. I'm so pleased you found it charming!

Oh oh I loved it! So sweet and strange and perfect. Bill was just crazy enough, but not so bad he wasn't someone Tom could fall in love with. I loved all his little phrases.
Author's Response: Thank you, I'm glad you loved it! Definitely wanted Bill to be crazy but lovable. ;)

...dude, that was epic xD
I seriously loved that so much. You got the Hatter's craziness down perfectly and it was just...that was really enjoyable to read. The whole thing. Even though it was like you were on crack [hence the crack warning]. Oh, this was...wow x3
Author's Response: Awesome, I'm so glad! XD Thanks, I totally thought Bill worked as the hatter, really because of that lovely GQ shoot then with Alice coming out... :) I'm pleased you found it enjoyable yet cracktastic!

"But you came to me wearing those maternity clothes," Bill said, giving Tom wide, overtly innocent, somewhat crazed eyes. "Not to mention you were so ardently responsive to my advances. What else was I supposed to do, but put a baby in you?"
ROTFLMAO!! Oh! This was the best line...ever! I loved this plot. I never thought the Alice in Wonderland setting would work in any fandom, but I am happy to find talented writers like you who can make it work. Oh, I so loved this! Keep up the good work. :D
Author's Response: LOL, I loved that part myself, thank you! I was surprised by how easy this idea came to me, but I blame Bill for making the perfect Mad Hatter. ;) Thanks so much for your review, I really appreciate your comments!

Author's Response: Awesome, I'm so pleased! Thanks. :)

Bill as the Mad Hatter was brilliant in a way I hadn't anticipated. The last line is adorable, too. A+++. I CAN'T BELIEVE I READ THAT.
Author's Response: I built the whole fic around the idea of Bill as the Hatter. My first idea when Kish wrangled me into writing mpreg was totally different. And then...this clicked! I'm really tickled you enjoyed this, thank you! I CAN'T BELIEVE YOU READ IT EITHER.

AH! Bill made a better hatter than the Hatter! I love this, it was simply amazing!
Author's Response: I think so, too. ;) Thank you so much!
