I do what Bill does. Kind of. I don't sit out in the rain, I sit in the snow. During the coldest months of winter, I'll drive across the state and go sit on the shores of Lake Michigan and just let the wind and snow fall on me. It's so beautiful over there and everyone usually hates it because it's cold and dark and wet. To me, it's one of the most beautiful sights ever. I'm not a big fan of winter, but whenever it becomes unbearable, I'll make a trip to the lake to remind myself that no matter what time of year it is, it's always beautiful and peaceful. And without Lake Michigan or any of the Great Lakes for that matter, we wouldn't have our delicious drinking water or natural water playlands.
Author's Response: I'm not a fan of winter either, or summer, but I agree. And during the first snowfall you can find me walking in it listening to my iPod (Kid A by Radiohead is the first song I also listen to in the snow :3)

Wow, after a week in Holland and I get home to another week without a computer and I'm met with, what? 5 chapters? Wow, I'm totally speechless right now. This story make me realize so many things, like I've caught myself lately, thinking just like Bill, sometimes even speaking out his thoughts. Everything is beautiful, some things just need a closer look. I can't thank you enough for writing this story. These chapters I got to read just now, made me so happy and it makes me feel like a much better person, makes me feel like I'm worth something, like I have a purpose in this life. I just love how this story is taking it's time to bloom. Like a flower you know is going to blossom, but it's beautiful to watch it in every stage. I adore this story. Tom reminds me so much of myself in a lot of ways....beyond words how much I really love this story.
