I found that as this chapter progressed the story did become less confusing. I can see that you love words. Lots of them and obscure ones too. I have had to look up several. Thanks for expanding my vocab.

I do love words. I do, I've formed an interesting vocabulary over the years, though it does only surface in writing I think. (Haha.) I apologise... if it confuses you any. I hear it now and again, that my vocabulary is rather flamboyant, and it's often positive feedback which I'm happy for. Please stop criticizing your writing. I love the anonymous email concept! Its making us stop and try to figure out what is happening. A puzzle, a mystery - the concept is ever so brilliant in this techno age. I do think the emails are a bit long winded though. Guys tend to send much shorter emails back and forth instead of one longer one.
Author's Response: I don't do some much self-hating anymore! (Okay, keywords 'not as much'. xD) Yes... to be so nervous posting my first story, I can't possibly describe my worry. I don't know why, I'm naturally nervous, but more so when I'm putting out something I worked really hard on I suppose.
I understand you, but in this case, Bill and Tom speak only every so often, and the length is just them releasing everything they need to say. I feel because it's not two 'oridinary' friends conversing, but something rather different, and so it departs from reality a little in that they're not just chatting passively, but always in the middle of a deep discussion even if it doesn't seem that way on the surface. I understand you though, and I do appreciate your thoughts and critcism. The emails eventually shorten, not to worry! Thank you so very much for reading!

The story is intriguing so far. Why is Bill so bitter? I hope he loosens up and learns to enjoy his new found freedom. (It sounded odd when Bill used the word 'thrice' wouldn't 'three times a month' sound better?
Author's Response: Thank you! Ah~ I apologise for the slip ups, this is such a raw chapter, the first of anything I'd written... haha. Yes perhaps 'thrice' is unrealistic, I suppose because it's a word I use often personally, I didn't register it as odd. Thanks for reading though, I do appreciate it! ^^

Omgosh, this was not lame at all! This is fantastic & it's no wonder why this was featured. I'm absolutely in love with this fic already =) Btw, I love When Harry Met Sally & not a big fan of You Got Mail either lol.
Author's Response: It totally was lame! The first few chapters are total shiznit. XD I'm not impressed with them at all, but at the time, I was just starting out and didn't know what to do! XD Ah it you like it, I'm so happy for it then. WHMS is one of the best movies ever, if not one of the greatest from the 80s. Glad you're a fan too! Yeah this ended up being very little like either movie, even less like You've Got Mail, but all I needed was an inspiration I guess so that it could become its own story. :p
