So, I haven’t been reviewing WPE and Obloquy, but I just want to let you know, that I have been reading and enjoying what have come from your hand.
I went to the Bushido concert in Berlin on June 4th and without realizing I started recording Alles wird gut before it hit me, I was missing Rapper!Bill up on stage together with Bushido and his crew.
WPE has changed my understanding of Alles wird gut profoundly. – It will definitely become a new layer of meaning, when I get around to watch the Bushido movie – but I have to wait for the DVD release.
Thank you so much for sharing your creativity with the rest of us.
Hope to get another Billshido story from you soon.

I am slightly disheartened that this is over with, but at the same time it's a nice closer. In a way, this story helped me, also. I was able to think about my grandma's death and really confront that.
This is probably one of the best story (I'm including both of them in this, btw) that I have ever read.

But, are Bill and Bushido together? Or is Bill still always going to be in love with Tom?
Author's Response: I left that for the reader to decide <3 By the end, Bill has grown passed his absolute need for Tom, but he'll always love him.

Oh dear. I'm a horrible lurker; I read so many stories and never ever comment unless they have some kind of powerful impact on me. Like this one did.
By far, this is the most beautiful fic I've had the chance to read. I don't normally read Billshido. Not that I don't like it, I've just never been interested in it. I never read the pairing until now. I'm more of a Twincest fan, which is why I clicked this on the front page and was like, "Oh, hey, there's a KC one before this, kcool." And went to read that. And was positively smothered by it. And then I had to read this and you really should have seen me nearly crying last night because I had to get off the computer to go to bed midway through chapter 39. Positively dying.
But besides that, I just feel like thanking you for writing this masterpiece. It's really the most honest, realistic portrayal of human emotion I've ever read and that's why it's so beautiful, why it almost pains me to see it end here (or, for now, as you said you might have another installment in a comment reply). I adore the fact that it isn't a happy, sappy ending where Bill and Bushido end up together happy and Bushido tells everyone and they're all happy and it's all merriment and yada yada yada. Because that's not real life, and this is. Every single chapter left me playing out parts in my head for what could possibly happen next, and I was pretty much wrong all the time.
I love your writing style so much, because it's blunt enough without being boringly straight, and I wish I had the ability to do that. I'm all lyrical, flowy, poetic device-ridden prose and I can't do what you do. Honest to fuck, this story makes me want to become a better writer. It's completely brutal and honest and real and painful and so, so wonderful. I wish this could be published. I'm already a Twincest writer, but this story just makes me view love and incest in a different light each because of the way you've written this. I can't even think of the right words to describe how I feel about this story, including Obloquy.
I never understood people thanking authors for writing stories, even when people have thanked me for mine. I sat there in mild confusion and told them they were welcome although I wasn't sure why I was being thanked. Now I understand. Thank you for writing this.

When I first started to read Obloquy, I was fascinated by the way you describe the feelings, the devastation of losing someone. Every word was special, cruel but yet beautiful.
And What patience ears was, I believe, even better. The struggle to get back to the surface from that hole, how all the situacion makes someone stronger.
Absolutely perfect.
I wished you could have said something about what kind of relationship Bushido and Bill have in the last chapter, but wel...
Author's Response: I left it for the reader to decide. Some wanted them to be together, some wanted Bill to stay hung on up Tom, some wanted him to just grow passed it and decide that he would fall in love when the time was better/right, and I personally didn't have a preference. The very last scene of the story sets up for possibly another story- but I don't know if it will ever be written. I'm sorry if it's really bugging you now~

Finding out how close these stories were to you personally really explains how you were able to make us readers feel so deeply. This was wonderful. Thank you so much. I would be lying if I said I didn't want more. I would love more in this universe. But thank you for giving us as much as you did. This is one of those rare gifts.

Thank you so much for sharing this with us - it was such an amazing journey that was heartfelt and painfully beautiful. The progression of Bill's healing from Obloquy to What Patience Earns, and the way Bushido took care of him through it all really touched me. I'm sad to see this series come to an end, but I'm also really glad that I had the chance to read it. You are an amazing, talented author - never let anyone tell you otherwise! :)

I’m taking advantage of my best friend who can speak (a little: sorry for the mistakes, I know there will be a lot -.- nda) English to translate this comment for you.
You posted by chance the last chapter of WPE just while my friend Sam was posting the last translated chapter of Lachrymose. It’s been two months since I’ve been able to reed you in two different languages (by the way, I know Samantha would never have the gut to say it to you, so I’m going to say it: the Italian translation of Lachrymose is wonderful!). Anyway, facing the word epilogue, I have to deal with foreboding, thinking “And now?”. So I think I’ll just start to read another story of yours. ;-)
The series opened by Obloquy had moved me deeply and not only because of your wonderful style, but because of the plausibility and poignancy of your choices. You could fall into abused cliché a lot of time, but you never stop to thrill me, paragraph after paragraph. You wrote a tough story in which love and pain was tangled together. But you also told how to win the very one bet it’s worth to: to live.
I’ve got excited because I’ve red an accurate adherence to the real characters, but, above all, a faithful imitation and a great respect for true feelings. You haven’t pointlessly lingered on drama – like so much writers do – to gain more readers: you’ve won our hearts telling about life. Plain and simple.
It’s been a hard walk, but an intoxicating one, and I’m so happy I’ve done it.
So, thank you very much: thank you for your story, for your time, for your sensitivity. And please, forgive my poor way of expression – or rather thank it: because I can be really loquacious!
Author's Response: I purposely wrote the epilogue in a way that would leave the story open for yet another installment- because it could very well happen in his life. I'm not sure if I'll ever write it, but if I wish to the option is there now. Hopefully it leaves the reader understanding that yes, Bill and Bushido didn't end up romantically together, but they're still such close friends that the lack of the 'couple' label doesn't even affect their relationship with one another. Thank you so much for your review and all of the video dedications- they really added feeling to the stories and inspired me so much!
