This is a good sequel. What I like about your writing is the descriptions. They way you talk about the highway going by outside the car window, and Bill's eyelashes when he's sleeping give a very clear picture. You do a great job of filling in the details, without being overwhelming. I also love they way you show Anis acting like a real person. So many people write him as this loud, crude "gangsta" type, so one dimensional. You've made him a sympathetic character that I can like, and I want to hug him. You're doing a great job of showing the stages of Bill's recovery from grief. That type of thing takes a long time, and a person will have good days and bad days. Also realistic. I'm looking forward to reading more. :-)
