Author's Response: I really don't know. When I was writing as him, I just couldn't seem to be able to make him say anything. But starting in the next chapter you'll be able to see into his head a bit better and it'll make more sense why he's doing everything he is.

Aw, seriously, I love this. I love how you describe Bill and I love the way you let him handle things. And I secretly love Bu too, haha =']

He smiled a little and put the phone down on the bed again, able to stop looking at it and not cry this time. Tom could sleep beside him this morning- in that little fifty by fifty pixel picture, Tom could still lay beside him.

Author's Response: Since the funeral he hasn't talked to anyone from his 'former life' but Jost. Since nobody bothered to at least check on him after he tried to kill himself, he considers all of those people to have just left his life. Unfortunately that includes all parents, all relatives, friends, etc. This becomes a huge issue later in the story.

First, I need to say that I didn't read Obloquy - I was always looking at your banner and Thinking If I should... but I saw the Major Character Death warning and I couldn't. I'm really sensitive when it comes to death so I didn't even try.
In the other day, I was looking for updates and I saw the link for the video, so I thought I could at least watch - I was so wrong -,- I cried like a stupid girl! I really did! *humpf* But then I became soooo curious about this fanfiction, and I start reading it. I really like this, I really do... Even If I feel like crying everytime I read Bill thinking or talking about Tom's death!
Anyway, unfortunely I can't read Obloquy, I would be so sad in the end ;_; So, I'll be reading this without reading the other one. I hope you don't mind... but I just can't read Tom dying -.-
I'll wait for another update. I like the way you write, and this is something different - I usually don't read Billshido fanfictions, just one shots xD Keep writing and Good luck (:

Author's Response: A lot of readers shy away from Obloquy for that reason, don’t worry I’m not offended in the least. I won’t go near death fics myself. WPE is a much lighter story- flashbacks ARE going to be used from the other story (because remember, this is a continuation as well as a sequel) but I’ve written it so you’ll know what’s going on whether you’ve read the first story or not. In my opinion, this story is a lot more inspirational, and you probably WILL cry a few times- but mostly of joy. Right now where I’m writing later in the story, I can NOT stop smiling. Stick around- you’ll really like this one.

I read Obloquy and it made me tear up a few times(or a lot of times...). I think Obloquy (and this story too) is the first story where Tom (or Bill) has died and the other twin has moved on and not either wasted away from a broken heart or killed themselves that I've read. I admire how well you write heartbreak!
