this was a beautifully sad chapter. I love the allegory (is that the right word for it, maybe its just metaphor but it seems a bit deeper than that) with the easel and Bill...it was beautifully written. But I do hope Tom realizes what happened soon, This can't have an unhappy ending, that just doesnt work for me. I'm really wondering who is going to make Tom come to his senses. Is Bill going to go to Tom, or is Merrick going to approach him first?...its all very interesting and I look forward to an update soon! Keep up the awesome work.
