AH, she just has some timing doesn't she. I don't trush Merrick. She is up to no good. Her target was Tom but now I think that it is Bill. Also I thought that she only knew Bill and in "B" like "K" for Tom. I don't remember. I might be wrong. Might want to recheck that one though. Thanks you so much for the update. Oh this story is ever so interesting! My word, creative and different... I like when a story makes the gears in my head turn. For one thing, every time Bill, in all its lifelike and human characteristics, is referred to as an 'it', it makes my heart tighten softly. T__T huhu. I usually have my predictions of where stories will head, but I'm stumped this time. What a frustrating and brilliant feeling all at once! I need to knoooooww sooo baaaaad what happens next, your updates will be joy for me. Great work!

Thank goodness B is still there and Tom is finally taking him home. I do wonder about that and the break in. Why they left B and what exactly those people were after. I have to read back but I don't think Merrick knows Bill is a humanoid does she? I wonder what Tom is going to tell he about him. I'm curious to find out. That was close though. I couldn't stand it if they took B I hope Tom keeps him safe like he said.
Author's Response: Merrick does know B5354 as Bill, but yes she was told to call him B. I made her disregard those instructions because I always imagine her as not really following anyone's requests.

Damn cliffhanger! You better update quickly! :p But awesome as always...of course something had to happen! I just wonder how it would have gone down if "Bill" had still been activated, that could have been interesting.. I think he would have fought the burglars for Toms sake. Haha, I really went into a "what if" mode, but that's what you get when you leave things like that! Still LOVE this story, and I can't wait to get to know "Bill" better! :D
