I love that part of first kisses! When you're close and you both know what's going to happen but you wait for the other one to make the first move all until you just end up going in at the same time :')

I can see Bill's problem and why he feels the way he does. Good insight for Tom to have, too. And I'm sure that explains Bill's behavior in the first chapter. I'm glad that Tom is feeling a little more friendly toward him. :D
