This story just gets better with every chapter. I've done a lot of reading/documentary watching about serial killers and I would say your descriptions or Tom's descriptions rather, are very accurate about how they usually size up their victims.
I know there are a few stories with nutty characters on this site, but their descriptions tend to be very general, Hollywood entertainment style. The details that you include just gives a more realistic impression, especially Tom's inner turmoil about his sexuality. It's almost as if he has a conscience, but doesn't know how to use it. Homosexuality bothers him, but not homicide. Go figure. Well, I like this now, so I'll be putting it in my favorites.

How many times have I posted prompts begging people to write evil Bill/Tom/Gustav/Georg fics? I think I glossed over this one because I kept confusing it with another fic that turned out to be ZzzZzzz...but it's a good thing I finally clicked on this one.
I like knowing what Tom is thinking and that he's not just evil, he's a monster who has already gotten away with an abundance of other crimes. It makes one wonder, what will stop him from getting away with this one?

Interesting. I've always had an obsession with evil twin characters, so no doubt I'll be keeping my eyes on this. :)
I noticed few spelling errors here and there, so i a future maybe you could check them out? Though they're not bothering me as I do lot of mistakes myself all the time as not a native speaker.

Maybe Tom really is gay but just hasn't realized it & that's why Bill's different & why the girls hadn't meant a whole lot to him. I dunno, just a thought lol. This is pretty interesting. I'd like to see what will happen next =)

I'm curious what Tom is going to do with Bill. And even if he starting to like the boy, I'm waiting for him to snap and hurt him anyway, but don't misunderstand me :P Because, it's not something I want to happen, but Tom has killed a lot of girls so it would have been a little bit odd if he so suddenly became a really nice guy. You see where I'm going, right? That way the story seem more real. Just saying :)
Anyway, I like this story so far, and I'm looking forward to read more.
I understand it can be difficult writing a story, but I hope you'll update soon. It's been a while since last time, and it's not a smart thing to be too slow with your updates, because people _could_ become tired of waiting ;) (I don't trying to me mean or anything)
