wow... when i clicked to read this story i never expected to find something like this, it's absolutely amazing, diferent, and so heartbreaking at the same time and the way guide us through Tom's mind it's just fantastic.
This is how every story must be... perfectly written and with a great ending. I'm definitely going to check your other stories : )

Oh man, I am so glad I have found this story it is so heartbreaking and touching at the same time. a plus was that it was Tom that was the focus which for me is rare to see and the what if factor in it all.
I truly wish to know what happened after, like the aftermath when he is discovered and everything.
Thank you for the story, it will be in my favorites.

Unfortunately, this story rings very true. If you notice, in so many photos, Tom looks miserable. There is no happiness in his eyes. Bill is always lit up like 17 Christmas trees, but Tom looks like he'd rather be anywhere but where he is. I have wondered for a while now how much of his "persona" is false. I definitely get the feeling, based on the look in his eyes, that he's uber uncomfortable.
Great story, by the way. Excellent work.
Author's Response: I hope very much so that my story does not ring true to life. There is a lot of pressure on those four beautiful boys, but if anyone is to carry the biggest burden i would think it to be Tom. Not only does he have to fulfill the wishes of the fans, his managment, and probably a million other people, but he also has his brother's hopes and dreams to carry. IRL i really do think they are happy with the life they live, though some sacrifices may seem too much at times. I honestly believe, if they didn't like what they were doing, or how their life was going, they would stop. And thank you so much for your comment, the christmas trees comparison was cute :D

i can honestly and truely say this is the first story in over 7 months that has hit me like this one.
its depressing in such a beautiful way... its sad becuse most of the things in this story are true like the stress, the rumors and all that stuff and thats what makes it kinda hit home and you think "Fuck... shit like this could happen."
and you just feel toms pain in the story. when he is happy you feel happy when he became sad you felt sad. and at the end when bill says he wants tom to be tom but tom is dying... your heart breaks.
this story is just so strong and emotinal i think it deserves a award! the way you write it makes it look like a movie in your head you can see it all happening. and frankly most storys now arnt doing that anymore. they are being written too quick and without effort.
you have written it beautifuly.
