Forgive the barrage of reviews a bajillion years later! I'm still catching up on reviews one author at a time from when I got into the fandom a year ago! Just a crazy little "project" to put some love on the stories I've read lol... which includes this one! .... AHHH I love this story, the angst is PERFECT and their interactions and emotions are (well, seem like they could be) SO REAL. I love the scene where Tom jumps the couch and tells Bill there's nothing wrong with him.

Flashbacks can be tricky things to write, but I had no problem with knowing whether I was in the past or the present with this yummy fic.
The Maldives have been on my list of places to go to since 'those' photos...
