I like the whole sex scene and you shouldn't be worried about the graphic nature of it. Graphic works and since it's all in your rating&warnings, so no need to worry.
Maybe I would have explained the time period in some point. Just maybe mention it, so the reader would know. NOw it was a bit confusing if the reader don't know it from other sources and it feels like they jumped straight to bed.
But nice work and I liked it. Never enough of this kind pof action... Still purring for thought of Bill doing these things to Tom :)

I think I've said this several times before, but I love character with flaws, weaknesses, broken and confused. That's why I spo strongly feel connected to Tom here (too). I hope you give us more about his past when this story evolves. And that black car... Oh, yes :).
