Author's Response: Bill calls Gus two other things - dummkopf and vollidioten. Dummkopf, literally translated, means 'stupid head' while vollidioten means idiots (I realised AFTER I'd posted this that I'd acutally used the plural version of vollidioten - it should have just been 'vollidiot.'
