I'm not sure how I feel about this one. I felt like there was so much focus spent on how nervous that Tom was that I had trouble moving past the nervousness. His response to being bottomed seemed more neutral then enthusiastic. Like afterwards he wasn't sure if he really did like it. I understand that from a personal POV but in terms of the PWP it left me feeling ambivalent or perhaps questioning to whether the sex should have happened at all. I think perhaps one of my only cues that Tom actually enjoyed it was his response to Bill where he said that he pretty much enjoyed anything that involves coming that hard.
Author's Response: I think a lot of it was understated; at least, that was what I was trying for. He doesn't want to come across too enthusiastic to Bill in case Bill would want to top all the time; on the other hand, Bill will know, no matter what. :) Thanks for giving me your honest opinion.
