I really like the tone of this story. I don't usually read first person but I like Bill's internal narrative. And I had the same problem he does, in that we moved ever 2-3 years because my parents were military. I never knew where to say I was from so I would just say I was from everywhere. lol That was just so spot on. Anyway, this sounds like an interesting story and I'm glad to see you posting it. :)

had some trouble with my update mails, so just read the 3 latest chapters - and I really like this story seems very interesting and Tom is always so endearing when he has alot of siblings, plus Bills secret - I'm hooked. Keep up the good work :)
