GUH- my heart just feels like it's being ripped out of my chest! It physically hurts me to read this story. It's why I'm so drained and my reviews are so lacking. It hurts so much I am speechless.
Poor poor Tomi and Billa. Bill IS love to Tom it's so sweet and so, so sad.
We're about to get to the part where the older Bill visits a younger Tom, hysterical saying he can't do it anymore, aren't we? I can see Bill fraying at the edges. At least someone is there for him, too.
*sigh* I just don't know what to say.

Author's Response: We're around that part, yeah, though it's not referenced explicitly. The fic's written so that you know what it does to Bill behind the scenes, but I don't want to push that forward here because it feels too angsty?

Author's Response: I'm sorry!! And Bill is awesome in this. Many carers can't manage it; I wasn't primary carer in my own experience and I don't know if I could have coped the way the primary carer did.

And then found him again a second later.
Now we know why Bill always looked so tired and worn out.
And poor Bill, he must have known for AGES what was going to happen to his Tomi. How did he hold it all inside and not explode, implode or scream?

Author's Response: Hi! Glad you're still reading ^^ Simone and Gordon aren't, as you've noticed, mentioned again in the fic at this point. They'd be there to support Bill and Tom, but the focus is very much Tom and Bill, especially with Bill as primary carer.

Oh gosh, I've never actually cried during this fic until now. I've always had teary eyes with the recent chapters, but on this one I was truly bawling my eyes out. I was worried what to expect of Tom at 50 because of chapter.. 3, was it? When a 50 yr old Bill visited a younger Tom? But I'm glad Bill was here for this chapter, even if Tom didn't realize it. I'm glad he's so patient and loving. The last bit was so sweet with Tom finally realizing Bill was there.

It has to be so painful having your own twin forget who you are. This chapter made me cry. I was glad when Tom finally realized that the 'stranger' talking to him and younger Bill was his Bill.
