Biiiiill. ;_; And the plot thickens! I like the distinctions you're setting up here; that Bill is different, that he feels the pull, that someone - surely his Tom - is helping him in battle. I like that he sings in battle, that's such a vivid detail.

Author's Response: That's exactly it! Bill's basically my Roxas here, though I guess that makes Tom Sora, which isn't applicable except for the oversize pants. ;P I was going for a very video game feel, so I'm glad it's working out! Glad you're liking it so far.

Ah, interesting that I haven't seen a KH/TH fan fiction yet. At least not here. I'm a huge fan of Kingdom Hearts (and Tokio Hotel as well, as can be guessed xD) and this immediately caught my interest. Until now I've been annoyed by the fact that the events between the first game and the second game were all made into a game that I couldn't experience because some idiot got a brilliant idea of making a crucial part of the story for a different game console. ANYWAYS, now I found at least one reason to be greatful that I don't know every detail about what happened "in between" because otherwise this fic would be hard to read 'cause I dunno how well I'd do then, mixing TH and KH together.
Oh quit babbling, me. Anyhoo, I love it that you made a fic like this and I will definitely read it ^^ Thank you!
Author's Response: I'm a huge KH fan also, and I was surprised I hadn't seen any crossovers for it yet! The whole idea of Nobodies seems to fit so well in a fandom featuring identical twins. :P Augh, yeah, I completely understand the frustration with Chain of Memories. That was the primary reason I bought an Advance SP, and now of course the new game is on DS, which scatters the entire storyline over so many systems. This fic does relate a little to what happens in between, but mostly to Roxas' story in 358/2 Days and KH2, so hopefully it'll be accessible to anyone who's played either of those. ^_~
And hey, thank you too! I'm glad there's other fans who love KH and TH, both.

Oh wow, this is amazing. When I got the email notifying me of this story and read the summary? I started bouncing excitedly and ran to tell my husband, lol (when the game came out, my brother, sister, husband and I worked SO freaking hard trying to beat the damned thing. Took weeks because we each had our own games). I can't wait to see how you do this. SO excited!

My brother and sister and I just got the game for Christmas, and my sister and I are still trying to beat it (my brother managed in three days!). Got to admit, I'm stuck on a Halloween Town boss, so writing this fic will provide a nice interlude while I'm frustrated with that. :P

Okay, so first, let me praise the AWESOMENESS of you doing such an AMAZING crossover. I was wondering if anyone would EVER do it, and of course you, one of my favorite fantasy authors did. I'm SO FRIKKEN ECSTATIC it's not even funny anymore xD
okay, now as to the story, I'm loving the visuals, I feel like I'm playing another version of the game. A TH version, and I'm LOVING it. I can't wait for more, and oh, will there be battle scene? I'm a BIG fan of KH battle scenes (unless they include Sephiroth cause he's a badass with a super sword LOL)
Author's Response: I've been hoping for one (or maybe a Final Fantasy crossover) for awhile now, but then I started playing 358/2 Days and concluded I had to do it myself. XD A TH version of the game is exactly what I'm going for, too, and there will totally be several battle scenes, including a rather epic boss fight. (Don't even get me started on the Sephiroth battle. Auuughhh, I had to step away from the game for awhile after my first few attempts.)
