The German law states it pretty loud and clear that the act of incest between siblings is the vaginal penitration by a penis, this law was made to avoid pregnancy that could have birth defects by sibling DNA used to create a child. The twins are safe until Bill admits to having a vag in those pants. Also they could just move a country over to Belgium where its legal for siblings to bang the night away.
Either way love the fic, my brother and I fully support TWC and the fact we're moving to NJ that allows incest will make him happy, we were moving there for other reasons already.

That's too cute! I totally got into an argument with my little sister when i thought incest was illegal all over the world, but we both looked it up and i seriously got a cyber slap in the face when i read that too! It's legal in a shit load of countries!...and New Jersy (wtf?).

So I read the story and I loved it, anyway I read the wikipedia articule and there is this paragraph according to the German law: "only vaginal intercourse is punishable, other forms of sexual activity remain exempt from punishment". But, yeah... I love the fact that you found a way around and how Bill allways gets what he wants ^^
