waaay back in the day I was a Harry Potter fan. This penname dates back to an argument between my friends as to what mythological creature is better: a gryffin or a dragon. They happened to be arguing while I was trying to decide on a user name for livejournal. ^_~

That's TWICE that Bill was trying to confess how he felt and twice he backed down, while Tom is coming to terms with seeing Bill for HIM and not his brother. No matter how much Bill tried to make himself look like Georg, it just wasn't enough to make Tom forget.
Georg coming home is probably the best thing right now, because I really think Tom needs to come to grips with his feelings for Georg once and for all, just so that these unexplained things for Bill (other than lust) start to make a bit of sense.
Bill, on the other hand, has got to come to grips with the fact that Georg is back, may possibly take Tom's attention back from him and will most likely lose whatever closeness he's gotten with Tom.
I feel bad for him, even if he willingly put himself into this spot because there are moments that you just gotta take what you want when the opportunity presents itself, except he ended up falling even more in love with Tom, when Tom's own feelings for Georg were still so precarious and then now Tom's potential feelings for Bill are going to be all weird with Georg returning.
I wonder if the more time he spends with Georg, if he will think of Bill now? Would Georg pick up on Bill's reactions to Tom? Or will Tom completely just let his world go back to revolving around Georg and forget his time with Bill? Will Bill just avoid going home while his brother is back, not wanting to see Tom just fall for his brother so blindly and thus digging in the rejection even further like a knife? Will Tom even take the chance to admit how he feels to Georg now that him and his fiancee are fighting?
SO MANY QUESTIONS MAKING ME WANT THAT NEXT CHAPTER NOW! 2 DAYS IS GONNA BE AGONY!
