:) I feel like that shouldn't be the end, but the author has spoken. :) I like the tension, but it feels like it just dissipates without leading to anything. Bill's sudden mood swing from commanding and pissed to cheery disciplinarian isn't really in character unless he's bi polar... just a few things I would have liked to have seen resolved. However, I really enjoyed reading this, and I would like to see more from you at some point. :)
