Sorry, I just can't deal with "ghetto Tom." Part of it is that I go to a school where there actually ARE people from "the ghetto" and they don't sound anything like that. They mostly sound normal, and use normal words - probably because we all watch TV (except for me XD), so we're all used to hearing the same things, and mostly, that's the kind of language people use. I do have to say one thing that has nothing to do with the fic, though: WHOOT FOR CATS THAT LOOK LIKE HITLER XD My cat's got a black spot RIGHT on that little spot between his nostrils, and my mom's always joking that he looks like Hitler XD (Which would be TOTALLY ironic if he actually did, since we're technically Jewish...XD) ANYWAY! Except for the "ghetto"-speech that Tom was using, this was actually really good =)

I am a bit sad to see this story end... i enjoyed it. comander bunbun is what im naming my bunny.. that or bill...idk which. anyways, all of this was sweet, and someof it smut, but i enjoy that sort of thing.

I was kinda offended, being African American and all. It did nothing but made me either roll my eyes or cringe. I think it tom wasn't "ghetto" as you so gently put it, it would be ok. It wasn't even funny. Just seemed like a nice piece of fluff turned sour by "ghetto" ness. I just didn't like it and a not the best way to get you calender Tom series.
Author's Response: I'm sorry you didn't like it. And I'm even sorry that you were offended. That was the very least of my intentions. I simply had Tom speaking like that in my first TH story ever, and one of the readers had requested I write a series, and this is how it turned out. Again, I send my deepest apologies.

It was so lovely. Ghetto Tom is the best kind of Tom.
And the ghetto dictionary at the end makes it that much more enjoyable.

Ah, who knew silly, gangsta Tom had it in him to be so overwhelmingly sweet? I think I got a cavity reading this... or perhaps it was all the candy canes? I'm going to be sad to see this series end.

Wonderful- so sweet- though I admit my favourite bits were the chapters notes at the end with translations...Lol! You should totally do a Calender Bill series now...or a Calender Georg or Calender Gustav one now...
