Nice long chapter, as for Bill having a younger sibling...um no it just won't fit anything really. It was never mentioned, in fact I thought that Bill was an only child and everything. Yeah so I vote no to that.

Um...no I for some reason don't like the idea of Bill having a younger sibling. How would you introduce it? It wasn't mentioned before and I'm thinking it will throw off the flow of the story. BUT...it is your work of art and I'll always support your work cause it's so good. Follow your muse though. If he/she/they say add a sibling for Bill, do it! NEVER ignore your muse!
