I laughed out loud at the scene where Tom is hiding from Georg under his sheets... such a childish thing to do but it was hilarious!
Author's Response: Hahaaa, yeah, that scene was fun... and then sad... but funny to write! :) Thanks!

Awwww ! I melted while reading about Bill, describing about his feelings to Tom, it was just too sweet and adorable, loved it! The part with Tom in the cemetery was heartbreaking, I nearly cried at his desperation and sadness, it was really well written!
Author's Response: Ohh, thank you. (again) ;)

My god, that is quite a cliffhanger! I'm glad I don't have to wait for an update! Knowing the date of Bill's death must be so painful for Tom... I hope he can change things tho, cause I want them to be together longer than that :(
Sorry for spamming you with my reviews btw... it's just that it's easier to remember which chapter I last read, I just need to look at last I reviewed... and this story is just awesome and deserves the praises :D Plus, I'm working at bringing the review count over 1000 at the same time, woot woot! :D lol
Author's Response: Ah, yes, you're quite lucky you picked up after this story's finished! I'm afraid I left a bit too many cliffhangers over way too many unintended hiatuses. :x High school was demanding!!! *whines and makes up excuses* Oh, no, there's really no need to apologize for spamming reviews (actually, I happen to enjoy review spams! I doubt there's an author who doesn't! Unless he or she hates responding to reviews? Or has a phobia of reviews? I don't know...). Aw, haha, thank you. :3 I'm glad you feel that way. Oooh if you give the thousandth review, I could (or should?) probably kiss you, in a totally thankful, non-awkward sort of way. ;) Plus, hey, you get the envied status and can be all "HEY GUESS WHO'S THE THOUSANDTH REVIEWER OF TBT?! THAT'S RIGHT, 'S ME! BOO-YAH!" . . . all right, I should stop rambling in review responses; my bad. (sorry for spamming your inbox with response notifications if you have that set up, btw!) Thanks for reviewing, again and again!! :)

Bill's innocence and confusion while he was discovering all those new thing was adorable! I really like the plot of this fic, reading about the boys being in each others time is fascinating!
Author's Response: ^__^ Thank youuu! I'm so glad you're still liking it!

Awwww! I really enjoyed reading about this development in their relationship! The kiss was so cute and full of affection, really sweet moment! I can't wait to read about how it will evolve!
Author's Response: :3 I'm so happy you liked that. It was definitely one of my favorite scenes to write between these two. Thanks!

SO cute how Bill was all shy around half-naked Tom but couldn’t stop himself from checking him out at the same time :) Bill is attracted to Tom already, he’s so adorable !
Author's Response: Isn't he, though? Ah, I love a shy!Bill! :) Thanks for reading (that's going to sound very redundant by the time I'm finished responding to your reviews, ha ha)

I'm re-reading this fic cause it wasn't finished last time I read so I wanna know the ending :) Really good chapter, I really like the idea of this fic :D
Author's Response: Yaaay, I'm so excited you're liking it enough to continue reading! Or, well, re-read, anyways! Thanks for picking back up and reviewing along the way :D

Wow:) this is truly the best story I've read on thf, so imaginative and creative, I loved the characters from the start, and this is a new side to bill, I loved whole concept of time travel between the two boys, this scores a definite 5 stars:)
Author's Response: Aww, thank you so much. :) I'm so happy you loved the concept and the characters. This Bill and Tom are probably my favorite characters to write thus far. :)) Thanks for taking the time to read and leave your thoughts! -hugs-

I couldn't read this whole story in just one sitting because of the time it took, so I had to literally (and quite painfully, might I add) force myself to close the window when I finished one chapter every time I got to read it. It was just that good.
Your writing-style is beautiful, and I'm sure you've been told that many times before because it's the truth (:
The way you carried this plot was just the best way ever, and the ending couldn't have been any better. I love how you've made Tom and Bill into two of the cutest, sweetest and most empathetic characters ever. (:
Author's Response: Aww, thank you. :3 I don't even know what to say besides thaaaank youuuu a hundred more times. I'm so happy you loved it!! And thanks for taking the time to read this story, even if you did have to force yourself away from time to time. ;)

i have been reading this story for almost exactly 2 years now. so, pretty close to when you had began writting it. ever since the first chapter, ive loved coming to the computer at night or during school to sneek in a few extra paragraphs just to be filled in on your amazing story. this fic was quite possibly the very first story i have ever read on this site aswell. so, in a way, its like my little baby too:) watching it grow and progress as i learn to love it more and more as the months went by. now that its over, it brings such great sadness and joy knowing everything ended happily (tho i still feel sorry for bills parents). the way you finished this story, it couldnt have been better. thank you for making me sooo happy. your words and imagination take my breath away:)
Author's Response: Sorry for the late reply! But thank you so much for this review; it brought a huge smile to my features. :)) Thank you for sticking with the story for so long, I know it's taken much longer than desired and that some waits were a bit... torturous, but thanks for coming along for the ride. :) And yes, I feel sorry for Bill's parents, too, but... I'm not sure it could have ended nearly as happily if I had tried to protect their happiness as well. *sigh* Such a shame, though. Anyway, thanks again! :)

Okay somehow I knew that they'd either have a daughter named ellie or a son named either James or Mark.
But I figured Mark wasn't too big in the story and they saw James so... Ellie...
I loved this story. Lots. and lots.
Author's Response: Really? Wow, I can honestly say you're the first reader to have *known*/sensed that ahead of time. Well, at least you're the first to have mentioned it. ^__^ And thank you so very much for reading. I'm so happy you loved it! :) *hugs*

I read all of this in one night. ._.
It made me laugh (which could have been a problem, everyone else was sleeping. :P), it made me gasp, and cry.~
It was AMAZING!
There were some points where I had to stop and think about things, but in the end, I truly understood the story.
Definitely one of the best fics I've read in a long time, I wouldn't have read it if the lists hadn't been changed, and the longest fics hadn't have been added, because I wanted a nice long fic to read. ._.
And I remembered this, but I always leave the best looking fics to be finished before I read them, more for selfish reasons than anything, because I like to read the whole way through, because I've gotten into fics before, and then updates have stopped forever, and I'm left on tenterhooks. D;
So, definitely, 110% happy that I waited to read this, it was WELL worth staying up 'til sunrise for. ^^
There were no loose ends or anything, you tied it all up beautifully, and I just can't get over how amazing it was. ._.
And I'm definitely adding it to my favourites so I can come back and read again! :D
Fantastic. ^-^ ♥
Author's Response: I always have to congratulate the people who sit down and read this in one night or one sitting. I don't think I could ever do that. So congrats! Haha. *throws confetti* I can understand your reasons for waiting, though. But I'm very glad you read this and that you enjoyed it! Thank you for your reading and leaving your thoughts annnd for adding it to your favorites!! :D That means a lot to me!! Thanks :3 *hugs*

Hi !
Yes I understand now, thanks for explaining me all this =)
I was confused because of the girl's name and I thought she was perhaps related to them. Since James wrote the letter, I thought he was the father and I was confused because it didn't make sense.
Thanks =D
Author's Response: Oh, no, she was just "rightfully" named Eleanor in honor of Bill's and James' mother. As for the reason why James wrote the letter, it's simply because he was the one keeping all of the written records throughout the story. You know, the whole journal thing. So having James write the letter seemed fitting. Plus, James visits with Bill and Tom in the future, which is how he found out about the little girl in the first place. I'm glad that cleared it up for you! Thank you again for reading! :) *hugs*

Oh so Bill and Tom raised James' daughter ? but why ? He didn't die and her mother was alive. I'm a bit confused =S
Author's Response: No, nooo, Ellie is not James' daughter; she's merely a little girl who wandered off in the same town in 1917, ended up finding the water pump thing and was brought to 2017. She time traveled all on her little own, though she definitely didn't intend to! She has no blood relation to the Trümper's or Kaulitz's. She's just a little girl that Bill and Tom adopt for special reasons. :3 I hope that explains it a little better? If not, please, tell me. I don't want to leave a reader confused! Anyhow, thank you for reading!! :D

Poor Mrs Trümper =( I hope she will feel better.
Author's Response: As better as she can feel for a person in that situation. :(

Aww =D So it was meant to happen =D
Author's Response: Yup, yup ^_^ Thanks for reading and reviewing as you read, by the way. Love to see your reactions as you go! :D

James is a lot smarter than Bill thought =) I really like him =)

Date: 07/23/10 04:24 am Title: I Followed You
Ooops !
It seems James was able to hold his tongue though.
Author's Response: Oh, James. :3 He's a good little brother, isn't he?
