I read the first part but I don't have so much time.
I enjoyed it though,telling it from the point of view of the parents make a greater impact on the reader's feelings. It makes every reaction "real" and more believable.God job as always. I want to say more but i have to go ç____ç.I'll just come back lateeeer!

Wonderful, as always, Izza! The intensity of Bill's mother's pain and shame really came through, as well as Bill and Tom's love for each other. I loved Bill throwing his shame out the window and just telling his mom how it is. So good!
The ending was great, the scene with James, and then Bill meeting Tom by the tree. The details of Tom crying really got me and made their reunion sweeter. I'm really very excited for the epilogue. Thank you for this! :)

ok... so,this fic was one of the first i ever read when i got my THfic account. i read it, fell in love with it and even put it one my favorites.
now here i am 3 months later and i'm slamming my head on my bedroom wall for never...ever...ever writting a review for it. so now im going to write you a review worth 24 chapters, which btw should turn out plesantly long. hehe.
now it's just my job to write it *wipes sweat from forehead*

from the begining of this story i was highly intrigued by the way you slowly exposed the thick plot line (damn, you musta been thinkin' 'bout this for a while). the way you described the characters, brough the emotions throuh yours/their words and even snuck in sub plots which sumtimes i hardly noticed. it was all way too much. in a good way, no worries!
embarassing fact- sometimes i would come home during lunch just so i could read maybe even have of a chapter of a story even if it meant 15 inutes of doing so.
your story was rather addicting and i'm blaming you for me being late one day for my biology class (dont take it too hard though)
after chpt. 13, i started realising that the characters i hated, not to name names(i.e.- james. lol) would become of a rather large importance in this story. now, i hate to sound like a snooty bitch, but after 3 months of thinking, i think i know what will happen in this story. i dont wanna write it down in case someone reads my review, but lets just say that i will learn to appreciate james' importance later on in the story. that is if i'm right.
on a smaller note, i wanna say DONT WORRY. you write amazing' cesty scenes. and anyone who can do so, in my dictionary is gifted enough. you rock!!!
my favorite angsty subplot is that of bill and gustav. can wait to see how that'll trun out.
OMG, that was way shorter than i thought it would turn out. hats off to me, eh?
oh! and looking back i dont really think i ever said how much i really like this fic.

Author's Response: aw, well, i'm glad you decided to finally leave a review. :) some people just don't review anything, ever, which i totally understand, 'cause i never did at first. i was too shy, lol. other people have different reasons, but mine was shyness. i felt intimidated. now hun, that review was worth 24 chapters!! ^.^ at first i was thinking "oh god, is she gonna go through and make a comment on EVERY chapter?" but luckily you didn't - that would've been waaayyy too long, lol. and to be totally honest: i hadn't been thinking about this plot for any length of time. I started the story on the spur of a moment after midterms/finals last school year 'cause my brain was fried and this insane little plot jumped into my mind. i only had little snippets and vague ideas of what was going to happen. and honestly, the plot changes a smidge every time i sit down at the computer to write. i'm not a good planner. i know other writers sit down and make these brainstorming things or just list everything they want to happen in their story, but i don't have that. the most i've ever done for myself is make a little family tree so i didn't get confused!! lol! aww, lol, you came home during lunch to read? that's awesome. (i'm assuming you guys are allowed to come home during lunch then? 'cause we're not allowed) Oh, sheesh, tell your biology teacher that I'm sorry, but remind him/her that literature is way more entertaining than... punnett squares or unzipping DNA. Except for dissections - those, i'll admit, are way better than reading. ^.^ I know!! I think EVERYONE hated James in the beginning and I was like "noooooo!! don't!! please! you CAN'T hate him!!" And in the beginning, I didn't plan on him becoming of any great importance, but little stubborn James wouldn't leave my mind alone, haha. And now he has that huge epic role so that no one hates him; if they still do, they're not very smart, now are they? Ahh, you think you know what's gonna happen? lol. good for you. 'cause i honestly don't know the complete ending yet!! :} thanks. the 'cesty scenes, i guess i just write them differently than the run-of-mill smut stories, which is why i was worried. but you guys have reassured me. :) ahh, bill and gustav. sorry. but i'm afraid that subplot doesn't have much of a life... i WAS thinking about gustav being totally sinister and pure evil and having him come by and try to kill bill, but, eh, couldn't do it. it seemed way too 1800s versus 1900s, i mean, with all the silly ideas i had in mind.. Yes, hats off to you, darling, hats off to you. :D And thank you SO MUCH!! I'm glad you love it, and I hope it continues to keep you addicted. :D
