Tom giving Bill his jacket was adorable...I can't help but wonder whether Bill is homeless...or living alone in a house in the middle of thw woods because his parents have died leaving him alone...and maybe he has a horse there which he owned before it all...
Simone should get her hands on Bill and clean him up- maybe you could have Bill mention it is his birthday one time and Tom decides to take bill home with him so he can give him a present...like a coat or a top...
Poor Bill- I can imagine him looking like a drowned rat in a phone booth...I hope Tom finds him...I'm also wondering about Tom seeing that horse...
