Oh, very painful to read. I felt bad to read how close they were to accept their feelings and what's really important and yet they stayed so far away from each other. I think we should have guessed that this was coming, because Tom wouldn't find his peace of mind so easily. Just hoping that eventually they both could say screw the others and just love each other...

I LOVE botTOM!! I'm so happy you wrote their first time like that, it's so appropriate for this story.
The way you built up to the moment is really hot, and I love the way you've captured Tom's mental struggle. The only thing I find unrealistic is that Tom's been bothered by some small comment for six years and it's only now manifested.. Idk, didn't buy that part. Other than that, I think you're a really good writer and I can't wait to read the rest of this story! :)
