The beginning was strong I liked Bill's emotions and his thoughts but after Tom found him it felt a little strange to me, I'm not sure why maybe someone else will be abe to put their finger on it. It might have been how fast their relationship turned physical. If Bill was the emotionally damaged I don't think Tom would have gone instantly to sex, even if that's what Bill thought he wanted. There should have been more cuddling or something.
