Haha yes, it was sort of inevitable, I think. I really liked this chapter. Nice to have a bit more back story and to see them interacting. It's not all fireworks, though they are cute together, but it's really nice to see a story where they are more friends first. I can't wait for dinner at Melissa's. :)

Thank god he quit; that place made my toe itch in irratation lol. But how serendipitous that they both became unemployed at the same time! (Time for kisses and love, yes!?) And look at that, they're already an 'us'. I'm sure Melissa is gonna try to get their goat for them going to dinner together, but meh. Oh my god! Is Bill gonna take Tom to georgia with him? It seemed to me like Tom was in Bill's class, but, I guess not.
I'm sort of curious with the parental front. I think Bill's are dead and Tom's are either dead, MIA, or non-caring. Meh.

Author's Response: Hmmm...I didn't realize it was confusing. They don't have class together, no. But Tom pretty much doesn't really have anything better to do, so he just wanted to walk with Bill and talk some more, I guess? But Bill took it as Tom wanted to walk him TO class, which is a coupley thing, and he's adamant that he's NOT GAY. So. lol The parental issues will be cleared up pretty soon. =) And there will be another chapter on Tuesday. Thank you SO much. I appreciate all of your reviews. =D
