Author's Response: Yeah but you must keep in mind that all other animals are extinct now, a topic I'll get into later during the story, so people need to find canned food that survived or some plants that managed to fruit which is pretty rare really only leaving people to eat

Author's Response: Oh well this a few months late sorry... I'm posting the next chapter as we speak so sorry for the confusion.
Why thank you it's Irish! I was about ten when moved to France so it was a little difficult at first to learn the language but I'm seventeen now so it's not a problem anymore and my family and I stilled spoke English at home. Thank you for your reviews! :)

I'm totally hooked and fasinated but confused. I'm assuming the man is Tom. This is an AU or something and humans have fucked up the environment so bad that it's not biting them in the ass. But the red scarfs and the men chasing the two kids (one of whome is Bill I assume) I don't get, what's the technology? Why are they after them?
