Well, you're making this story up very good, the plot is very intriguing - I came up with so many questions while reading it :) And I hope future chapters will answer all of them. And I'm very impressed that you're so good at writing being just 15 yeas old :)
The only thing, yeah, you should go steady with it, don't let people rush you (though inner me is just screaming for more too), enojy writing and showing us more explicit scenes because you're really good and it would be sad if this story ended up not very saturated.
Also, I rememered about Bill's scar on his back and I'm curious - will you mention this detail in further chapters? Because..duh..that scar isn't something ordinary (I haven't even read a story in which someone would be scarred that badly) and you really should mention it once more :) OK, now I'm being too overparticular, don't want to nag anymore although I'd like to quote every paragraph and say how I love them :D

I read this from beginning to here non-stop! I didn't stop for anything! I have to say this story is one of the best that I have read! I'm kinda wondering what secret sweet, innocent Bill could be hiding?

I really enjoy this story, it has such a fresh plot.
But somehow this chapter doesn't fit into it. Because, well, in previous six chapters everything went on slowly, Tom's feelings, awkwardness and stuff - you managed to show us that very well. And now it seems that you've rushed a bit. I had expected a thorough and more detailed description of the new level of their relationship. And the seventh chapter felt bare and nonchalant to me - the just slightly mentioned 'making-out session' and other stuff - it needs more details, yeah.
But that's my humble opinion; I still like it and look forward to reading next chapters.
