I'm so happy I found this story. It was immediately captivating. The well-written sci-fi stories are my favorites, and this will certainly be on that list. This Bill is intriguing, the post-apocalyptical landscape is nicely drawn out. Love the smooth writing and the lack of grammatical and spelling errors! Please keep writing!

So, I read this quite some time ago once you had completed the story, but I didn't review (was too focused on reading chapter after wonderful chapter). And now I'm here again, reading this story a second time, and set on reviewing each chapter as I go! Don't know how long it'll take, seeing as I'm too fucking lazy to even go take a piss sometimes. So yeah...
Anyway, I love how you started up the story, kinda in the middle of everything without much background as to what happened, so that it can keep us guessing. Also, love the whole setting of the outpost in a dusty desert and all that. I can just imagine Tom, looking hot in the dust and heat (kinda like he did in the TH TV Caught on Camera thing where they went dirt biking, except with cornrows instead of dreadlocks, and with a sexy uniform. Yum!). And Bill! It's terrible, but I love it when Bill is all victimised and put on display and all. In fiction only, of course! ;P Mmmm, Bill looks all yummy in my mind...
Even though I've already read this story, I've forgotten the details of what happens, so I can't wait to read the next chapter!

Honestly, I was crying in the middle of this story. Had goose bumps, and had plenty of blushing cheeks thats for sure, but it is lovely and is amazing when you are able to feel pure emotion through a passage of writing. I think that this is an awesome piece of work, and the skill is incredible. I loved the characters and the range of emotion that they were made with. I was thinking about scores of music while reading this! Really realistic, at points I was thinking that it was as creepy as 28 days later or something! Still REALLY nice work! Totally worth all the blushing.

I was a bit unsure of this at first. I like a bit of Sci-Fi, which was how I thought of this fic, but don't always like to read it. But then yesterday evening, I started and planned on reading just a few chapters...Nearly 2am in the morning and I was done. Wiped, feeling the hot sands in my face, the arid heat and the denachi's awesome power. In other words, I loved it.
And I totally got the reason for the non-con...the denachi, Bill (who becomes a totally original character), cannot help what he is, and what happened was inevitable though still unwanted, at least emotionally for him.
Even so, I still think it was a courageous chapter. Because it challenges one's perception of what we see and think of in terms of sexuality, imho...
One of my new favourites. Thank you.

fabulous, i really enjoyed reading this. i can't really put my finger on it. but it has something to do with the fact that you wrote it really realistic even though its a not on the truth based fiction. its real, the angst and mistakes that are made, you never made the situation prettier than it should be. that's a good thing :)

wow this story was amazing! i really enjoyed and i'm glad there was a happy ending for Bill and Tom. Georg he was an ass but i could understand why given the situation and poor Gustav, so sad when he died.
this was so original and detailed; i felt i was really there with them and you really got to know all the characters; just amazing!

i love this chapter as much as i loved it the first time i read it...i love that bill finally reveals a bit about himself, that he fights back in the verbal tussle and gets the last laugh, per se. he's given tom a lot to think about...but it really sucks for bill that he needs sex, because if he is only around horrible undesirables, he still has to let them fuck him once he's 'hungry' :( gosh tom, think about more than yourself

Okay, first let me apologize for not commenting after every chapter. As a writer myself, I know better. But I have to tell yo as a reader, this story both horrified and amazed me. The concept was so refreshing and I felt every emotion Tom and Bill did. I love the way you wrote them and I’m so grateful they ended up alive and happy at the end. The second to last chapter was hard to read but necessary to the story. Thank you for explaining how a danaji felt. It made me feel a little better for Bill. Thank you for writing this and sharing it with us all. It was a superb piece of writing and I thought it was fantabulous. Danke.
